SMTP Accounts are used to send trigger based emails to your customers. These trigger based emails include: Order Confirmation, Fulfillment Shipped, PreBilling, etc.
Once the SMTP is connected, you can Navigate to the campaign on the CRM side of your account to configure the emails that get sent to your customers.
