There are two tasks associated with the FTP - One to send the orders out and another to pull the tracking numbers in. Each of these can run a maximum of 2 times a day. Please submit a ticket stating the times (include timezone) that you would like us to send/pull data to/from the FTP. Without doing this the orders will never send to the FTP. |
