ATRI is used to prevent processing downtime in event that there is an issue with a gateway. ATRI only handles the initial sale and does not route recurring billings. Recurring billings will continue to bill against the gateway the original transaction approved against.

Navigating to ATRI must take place on the current tab. If you want to keep the CRM open still, duplicate your the CRM tab and the then navigate to ATRI on one of the tabs.
It is possible to bookmark ATRI, but the Single Sign On session will sign out expire after 1 hour.

Create ATRI Instance
Log into Login to CRM and go to Gateways → ATRI, which will redirect you over to ATRI.
