Optionally limit Smarty to one or more campaigns. Enter numeric campaignId with multiple values separated by commas.
SkipQAonError - Choose to skip QA and automatically accept orders on communication errors (such as billing problems or a service interruption). By default these errors go to QA.
RejectInvalidAddress - Choose to reject invalid addresses. Return to the page to allow consumer to fix the address. By default invalid addresses are sent to QA.
