Add client_id, client_secret, and signUpSourceId from Attentive
Leave Enter access_tokenblank. It will be obtained in the next step. This is the API key on your private app at Attentive. It is required to create a custom app to use this plugin. https://ui.attentivemobile.com/integrations/custom-app/management
Enter signUpSourceId. This is the ID of your Sign-up Unit at Attentive.
Enter an optional FriendlyName
Press Connect
