Notice: COD pay source Cash On Delivery option can be enable within the campaign. When using Cash On Delivery, no payment will process at the time of sale. Instead the order is approved without payment and will send to the fulfillment house plugins automatically. The customer will provide cash to the delivery person upon delivery.

Adding the Cash Delivery Option to a Campaign.
Select CRM> CRM → Campaigns from the Navigation Side Bar Menu.
On the Campaigns Page page Click on the blue "Edit Icon" located next to the Campaign.

On the Campaign page scroll down to the Campaign Products bar and click on the red Options Button.
Select Add Offer

section to edit or add an offer
If adding an offer, select Options>Add Offer
This will open up the Create New Offer Configuration page. Under General Details go to the "Merchant Account" field and select a Merchant from the drop-down menu.
Once finished creating a new offer click on the green Create Product Button/Update button.
Note: By selecting a merchant for the product it still allows the customer the option to pay with Credit Card at check out.
