STEP 1: Apply for an account with WAAVE

Click here and apply for an account with WAAVE. You need to provide essential business information, what you sell, and where you sell it. The application is free. If you have been put on the MATCH list or gone through bankruptcy, we might still be able to approve you under special agreement terms. 

STEP 2: Complete our KYC forms

After completing step one, you will receive an email with WAAVE's onboarding forms. You need to complete these forms and upload the required documents, including articles of incorporation, ID for any shareholder owning over 25% of the company, website URL proof of ownership, IRS letter showing your EIN, latest bank statements, voided check, and a PDF with your latest marketing campaign.

STEP 3: Receive a decision

Once you have submitted all the required documents, WAAVE's underwriting team will review your application and make a decision. The process could take up to 7 days, depending on the quality of your submissions.

STEP 4: Compliance Review 

Install WaaveCompliance on your website, it works seamlessly with our Konnektive Gateway Integration. Our team will review your products and COAs to let you know if items need to be addressed to meet the Bank’s requirements.

STEP 5: Go live with WAAVE

It’s time to go LIVE! After you pass the Compliance review, it’s time to activate WAAVE in your Konnektive CRM.
