Tip

If you are testing a new fulfillment house while you are already running traffic, it is wise to keep the live base products assigned to the old fulfillment house for now.
Follow
You can either create a test product and assign that to the new fulfillment house and follow the steps below; or go directly to following the steps below - but after you place your test orders, go to Customer → Fulfillments to search for your tests test(s) and perform a batch update to change the Fulfillment Company for those orders. This will ensure that only the orders you want to test with are being sent to the new fulfillment house.

Once your tests are complete and you confirm everything looks good you can then go ahead and assign the new fulfillment house to the appropriate base products.
