The Order Summary Report is found under Reports → Customers → Order Summary

This report is designed to give you will provide an overall summary of the New Sale orders found on the Order Details Report.

Note

This report only includes New Sale data; it will not show data for rebills.

Use the Date Range and Filter selections to determine what the report will display data for. Click the green Search button once you have made your filter selections.

  • Date Range :Use the defaulted date ranges or specific dates to find the orders.

  • Campaign : Filter for orders within a specific Campaign, or multiple campaigns.

  • Campaign Category :Filter for orders within a specific Campaign Category, or multiple Campaign Categories.

  • Product :Filter for orders where a specific product was purchased.

  • Product Category : Filters for orders where the products purchased were within a specific Product Category.

  • Campaign Product : Filter for orders where a specific campaign product was purchased.

  • Coupon Code : Filter for orders where a specific coupon code was used.

  • Gateway : Filter for orders that were processed against a specific gateway.

  • Gateway Category : Filter for orders that were processed against a specific gateway category.

  • Pay Source : Filter for orders that used a specific Pay Source.

  • Prepaid Cards : Filter for orders that used a Prepaid card.

  • Funnel : Filter for orders that came from a specific funnel.

  • Affiliate :Filter for orders that came from a specific affiliate.

  • Call Center :Filter for orders that came from a specific Call Center.

  • Base Currency : Filter for orders that were processed in a specific base currency.

  • Country : Filter for orders from customers in a specific country.

  • Partials : Number of Partials

  • Conv. % : ((Number of Sales)/(Number of Declines + Number of Partials + Number of Sales))*100

  • Declines : Number of Declines

  • Decline % : (Number of Declines)/(Number of Declines + Number of Sales)

  • Sales : Number of Sales

  • Sales % : (Number of Sales)/(Number of Sales + Number of Declines)

  • Sales Total : Total amount of successful sales

  • Upsells : Number Of Upsells

  • Upsell Attempts : The amount of upsells that were attempted to be purchases

  • Upsell Approval : The approval rate for upsell products

  • Upsell Total : Total amount of successful upsells

  • Refund Amt. : Total amount of all refunds for sales and upsells

  • Shipping : Total amount of all shipping and shipping upcharges for successful transactions

  • Sales Tax : Total amount of sales tax for all successful transactions

  • Surcharge : Total amount of surcharges that customers have paid

  • Net Rev. : Total amount of all succesful transactions - Total amount of refunds
