TxtFlo is categorized as an Email Service Provider because it functions as such - contacts are sent to TxtFlo and communication with those contacts is then initiated from TxtFlo. TxtFlo is not equivalent to a SMS provider, such as Twilio. TxtFlo is not a tool to send SMS autoresponders.
STEP 1
Go to Admin->Plugins->Email Service Providers.

Enter api_token (obtained from TxtFlo), CompanyID (your TxtFlo company ID on TxtFlo), CampaignID (the CampaignID you created on TxtFlo)and CampaignName (the TxtFlo CampaignName). Click the blue Update button.
