Upsells are not supported on BitPay at this time. It can take up to 10 minutes for the blockchain to confirm the original transaction. In that time another item cannot be added to the order. Our team is investigating solutions to support this in the near future. One alternative is to send the upsell as a new order. However the process requires the consumer to repeat the entire checkout flow with their BitPay wallet. 1-click upsells are not possible with cryptocurrency. |
