Viewing Midigator Inside the CRM

Adding Iframe User Access Route

1) Under Admin->Users, create an Api User that will be dedicated to Midigator.

2) Go to Admin->Plugins->Chargeback Management->Midigator and click the edit icon.

3) Click the + icon on the IFrame User Access panel.

3) Select the Konnektive API User you created in Step 1 from the dropdown menu and fill in the Midigator API User you created in Midigator, then click Create.

Note: Be sure to enter in the Midigator User exactly as you see it in Midigator

4) You will see the user in the IFrame User Access routes table.

Viewing the IFrame

1) While logged in under a Konnektive user with an existing IFrame user access route, pick the Reports section from the navigation sidebar.

2) Go to the Chargebacks page (Reports->Chargebacks)

3) View Midigator

NOTE: You must have a valid company_key and existing iframe user access route to view the Midigator IFrame.

If you do not have a valid company_key or have an IFrame user access route for the user for which you are currently logged in, you will see the message "IFrame access not enabled for this user. Please check Midigator plugin configuration."
