FlexCharge is for decline salvage only. Do not place a FlexCharge gateway on a campaign product or in ATRI profiles.
FlexCharge is available on Recycle Billing and when retrying initial declines. Initial declines must be for one-time products only.
STEP 1
Go to Gateways > Gateway Integrations. Select FlexCharge. Press the green +Activate button.
STEP 2
Obtain AppKey, AppSecret, MID, SiteId, and Environmentkey from FlexCharge. Enter them here.
Choose to enter expiryDays. This is how long to retry the sale at FlexCharge. Default is 6. Maximum is 21.
STEP 3
Go to CRM > Gateways > Recycle Billing
Select FlexCharge as the Gateway for Re-Attempts 4-6 or 7-9
STEP 4
Choose FlexCharge when retrying initial declines on the Order Details Report. Any orders with recurring products will be skipped (a successful attempt by FlexCharge will leave no information to successfully rebill the subscription in CRM).
STEP 5
Orders sent to FlexCharge are automatically retried by FlexCharge. The result from FlexCharge is communicated back to CRM.
