SMTP Accounts

SMTP Accounts are used to send trigger based emails to your customers. These trigger based emails include: Order Confirmation, Fulfillment Shipped, PreBilling, etc.

To connect your SMTP account, go to SMTP Accounts in your funnels Settings and click Add New Account.

Fill out the connection information as provided by your SMTP service provider. Make sure to click Save and send a test message to confirm the connection is setup correctly.

Once the SMTP is connected, you should Navigate to your campaign on the CRM side of your account to configure the emails that get sent to your customers.
