Fraud Manager
The Fraud Manager plugin can be found by navigating to Admin → Plugins → Fraud Services.

Device Data Collection pixel will be added to the checkout page after saving and publishing
Note: For affiliates sending the amountPaid value, check the option for “Fire Pixels on QA Approval,” due to screened orders going to “PENDING” status.
When you click the green Activate button you will see a screen like this. Click Connect.
Clicking Connect will auto-enable the Fraud Manager on all of your campaigns. This can be toggled within the campaign’s General Details
Fraud Manager has a cost of $0.10 per screening. The screening only occurs on the initial sale for the customer. You will have the option to screen Recurring Purchases and Upsell Purchases with Fraud Manager, allowing full use of RDR services with Kount.
There are 2 additional options:
screenRepeatCustomers - This option will screen a customer returning to purchase again.
screenUpsells - This option will screen upsells
Creating Rulesets
To create Rulesets, click on the Edit Plugin button. From there click on the red Rulesets button
You will be redirected to the Fraud Manager Rulesets page, initially the page will be blank since you will not have any rulesets created yet. Click on the green plus button to create a new ruleset.
From here you will be brought to the Add Fraud Manager Ruleset Screen.
Create a name for your new Ruleset
Use the Toggle Threshold to for which cases a transaction will be reviewed, declined, or ignored.
Review - Sends the order to Quality Assurance for manual approval or denial
Decline - Decline the transaction if the rule is triggered
Ignore - No action if rule is triggered
The Number Threshold will allow you to configure when transactions will be reviewed or declined based on the number thresholds established per each use case.

The List Threshold will allow you to configure when transactions will be reviewed or declined based off the responses you select from the multi-select dropdown per each use case.

Once your Ruleset is fully configured click on the Create Ruleset button to create/save your newly made ruleset.
Campaign Setup
You now have the option to screen transactions with the Fraud Manager!
In the Edit Campaign screen under the Other Options section of the campaign’s General Details you will see a new “Screen with Fraud Manager” option.
This is where you can choose which custom ruleset should be used for Fraud Manager.
The CheckoutChamp Default Ruleset is always enabled. Any enabled custom rules will run in tandem with the default rules because the custom rules consists of different rules than the default rules.
You can contact your account manager for the default ruleset.
Please remember to click the Update button when you are done configuring the Fraud Manager settings in your campaign.

If you are using CheckoutChamp form code, re-download the form code package to ensure the Fraud Manager plug-in is automatically integrated.
Reporting
Now with Fraud Manager enabled, your Dashboard will have a new Fraud Manager button. You can click this to bring you to the reporting for Fraud Manager.
The reporting will show how many transactions were screened within your chosen date range and will break down the declines by rulesets and their rules.
In addition, the Transaction Details report will now have a Fraud Manager Status filter to view all Approved, Pending, and Declined Transactions.
If the transaction is declined, you can click the View Rules button under the transaction’s response to see which rules were triggered causing the decline
You also have the ability to pull transactions screened by Fraud Manager on our Transaction Query API by using the parameter: fraudPlugin=FRAUDMANAGER
