Editing Call Center Agents

To edit Call Center Agents, select CRM and then click Call Center. Select the appropriate Call Center and then click on 'Edit'.

Agents can be added by clicking on the 'Add Agent' icon.

Agents can be edited once added.

The agent's name, the role of the agent, the agent's team, and the agent's commission can all be modified.

A Team can be created by clicking on 'Create Team'. Enter the Team's name and then click "Create Team". The Team name can be edited after creation.
