Go to Admin > Plugins > Chargeback Management. Click on the ChargebackHelp tile. Click + Activate.

Add the PartnerIdentifier and SecretKey you received from ChargebackHelp. Click Connect

The ChargebackHelp plugin will periodically import alerts from ChargebackHelp. Alerts are received and a proper attempt is made to match the alert to a successful transaction. The evaluation is not perfect. Matching is done with card bin, card last 4 digits, arn (if provided from the gateway at the time of the transaction), date, and amount.

The plugin handles alerts received from Ethoca and Verifi, as well as RDR and Order Insight alerts. Alerts can be viewed at Reports > Chargebacks > Disputes. Only alerts sourced from ChargebackHelp will be evaluated.

Additional KPIs can be enabled by selecting the Enable KPIs button

Total Sales*- Shows the total count of successful transactions.
Chargeback Percent* - Shows the total chargeback count / total count of successful transactions.
Visa Chargeback Percent* - Shows the total chargeback count of Visa cards / total count of successful transactions of Visa cards.
MC Chargeback Percent* - Shows the total chargeback count of MasterCard cards / total count of successful transactions of MasterCard cards.
Discover Chargeback Percent* - Shows the total chargeback count of Discover cards / total count of successful transactions of Discover cards.
AMEX Chargeback Percent* - Shows the total chargeback count of AMEX cards / total count of successful transactions of AMEX cards.
Other Card Chargeback Percent* - Shows the total chargeback count of credit cards which are not Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX cards / total count of successful transactions of credit cards which are not Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX cards.

Refund Percent* - Shows the total refund count / total count of successful transactions.
Dispute Count** - Shows the total amount of disputes.
RDR Count** - Shows the total count of RDR alerts.

*: Uses all transaction data.
**: Uses only dispute data sourced from ChargebackHelp
