Use the campaign product Stagger Fulfillments option to bill a subscription on a regular interval but deliver on a less frequent interval than the billings.

Check the Stagger Fulfillments box

Enter the cycle on which to deliver product

Set the product billing cycles. The last cycle entered should be the cycle on which to start staggering fulfillments. The last cycle should always be shippable. Do not enter a cycle for the non-shippable billings.

There may be more than 1 billing cycle entered. For example, consider the following scenario:

  • Cycle 1 - Product is initially purchased and delivered

  • Cycle 2 - Product is billed and delivered

  • Cycle 3 - Billing only. The billing is same amount as cycle 2.

  • Cycle 4 - repeat cycle 2

  • Cycle 5 - repeat cycle 3

  • Continue repeating cycles 2 and 3 indefinitely

The proper configuration for this is:

  • Check the Stagger Fulfillments box

  • Set the cycle to 2

  • Cycle 1 - Set Price, check the Shippable box, and set Bill Delay

  • Cycle 2 - Set Price, check the Shippable box, and set Bill Delay

  • Do not set any other billing cycles

  • No labels
