Select Reports > then click on Payments > then click on Transaction Summary
Choose which Filters you need to refine your search:
- Date Range - Choose either the defaulted date ranges or your own specific dates by clicking the calendar icons:
- Campaign - Choose The Campaign the customer is in from the drop-down menu:
- Campaign Category - Choose the Campaign Category the customer is in from the drop-down menu:
- Product - Choose the Product the customer ordered from the drop-down menu:
- Product Category - Choose the Product Category which the customer ordered from the drop down menu:
- Affiliates - Choose the Affiliate the customer derived from in the drop-down menu:
- Call Center - Choose the Call Center the customer made the transaction through from the drop-down menu:
- Bill Type - Choose whether the customer's Bill Type is a New Sale or Recurring bill from the drop-down menu:
- Billing Cycle - Choose which Billing Cycle the customer is on from the drop-down menu:
- Recycle # - Choose the Decline Salvage attempt number from the drop-down menu:
- Transaction Type - Choose the transaction type from the drop-down menu:
- Mid - Choose the Mid your customer completed the transaction going through from the drop-down menu:
- Merchant Category - Choose the Merchant category your customer completed the transaction going through from the drop down menu:
- Gateway Type - A list of all the Gateways you are using in the system. Choose the correct one associated with the customer from the drop-down menu:
- Card Type - Choose the Card Type the customer used for the transaction from the drop-down menu:
- Credit/Debit - Choose the pay type the customer used for the transaction from the drop down menu:
- 3D Secure - Choose whether the transaction was 3DS protected or not protected from the drop down menu:
- Once you have chosen your filters, click the green "Go" button:
The ”Transaction Summary Report” is displayed in graph and table form:
The graph provides a visual representation of your
- New Sales
- Recurring Bills
- Gross Revenue
- Refund Total
- Expenses
- Chargebacks
- Net Revenue
The table has three tabs:
By MID, By Campaign & By Source
- By Mid - You can see a breakdown based on the mid used for the sales.
- By Campaign - You can see a breakdown of your data by campaign which can be broken down further to see it by product.
- By Source - You can breakdown your data by source (Affiliate), which can then break down to sub affiliate
- ID : Id of sort type
- Merchant / Campaign / Source : Sort type
- Sales : New Sales approvals(unique products)
- Declines : New Sale declines(unique declines only)
- Approval % : New Sale declines + New Sale approvals
- Revenue : New Sale Revenue amount
- Rebills : Rebill approvals
- RB Declines : Rebill declines (unique declines only)
- RB Approval % : Rebill approvals/(Rebill approvals + Rebill declines)
- RB Revenue : Rebill revenue amount
- Refunds : Number of successful Refunds and Voids transactions
- Refund Amt : Refund revenue amount includes both successful Refund transactions and successful Void transactions
- CB : Number of chargebacks
- CB % : Chargebacks/New Sales + Rebills
- CB Rev. : Chargedback Revenue Amount
- Expenses : Discount price + Shipping discount + Product cost + Shipping cost
- Sales Tax : Total Sales Tax Note: This does not represent additional revenue over New Sale and Rebill revenue
- Gross Revenue : Sales Revenue + Rebill Revenue
- Net Revenue : Sales revenue + Rebill revenue - Refund total - Expense Total
