If you would like C/S agents to able to manually enter orders into Konnektive, you will need to have a phone campaign created. If you already have a Lander or E-Commerce campaign created, you can simply duplicate that campaign to create a new Phone campaign.
To be able to see the campaign under Customers → Order Entry, check the “List in Order Entry” box under the campaign’s General Details.
