This article is a guide to connect your Re:amaze account with your CheckoutChamp CRM. Re:amaze is not a plugin in CheckoutChamp. All configuration is done at Re:amaze.

Step 1: Add Re:amaze API User
Create An API User
Ensure that the user has access to the following endpoints: Update Order, Query Orders, Refund Order, Cancel Order, Query Customers, Add Customer Note, Update Customer, Query Purchase
Take note of the users loginId and password, they will be needed in step 2.
Step 2: Configure Re:amaze
In Re:amaze navigate to Settings → Custom Module
For the Custom module url enter the followin url. Replace {loginId} and {password} with the credentials from step 1.

The CheckoutChamp Integration pulls orders from the CRM based on email address used in the ticket.
If the customer exists the widget on the right will populate with the customer’s order data. Please see below.
Step 3: Verify the Macros were successfully created.
