Select Reports > then go to Payments > then click Transaction Details.


Enter information into any of the options in the Filters section to find a customer of group of customers and then click Go



  • Date Range - Use the defaulted date ranges or specific dates to find the transaction:

  • Transaction Created Date - Choose the date that the specific transaction was created on (this is not always the original order date.

  • Order Created Date - Choose the date that the order was originally placed from the drop-down menu.

  • Purchase Created Date - Choose the date the product was purchased from the drop-down menu.

  • Campaign - Choose the Campaign the transaction is in from the drop-down menu.

  • Campaign Category - Choose the Campaign Category the transaction is in from the drop-down menu.

  • Product - Choose the specific Product the customer bought from the drop-down menu.

  • Affiliates - Choose the Affiliate the customer derived from in the drop-down menu.

  • Call Center - Choose the Call Center the customer came through from the drop-down menu.

  • Bill Type - Choose whether the transaction is a New Sale or a Recurring billing cycle from the drop-down menu.

  • Billing Cycle - Choose which Billing Cycle the customer is on from the drop-down menu.

  • Recycle # - Choose the Decline Salvage attempt number from the drop-down menu.

  • Gateway Type - Choose which Gateway the transaction was made on from the drop-down menu.

  • Card Type - Choose the Card Type from the drop-down menu.

  • Mid - Choose the actual Mid the transaction is going through from the drop-down menu.

  • Txn Type:

    • Sale
    • Authorize
    • Capture
    • Void / Refund
  • Response Type:

    • Success
    • Soft Decline
    • Hard Decline


The Transaction Details are shown in both graph and table form:

The graph provides a visual representation of the New Sales, Recurring Bills, Refunds, Expenses, and Total Revenue.

The table shows more detailed information about the transactions:

  • Date : Date of the transaction
  • Source : Affiliate that orginated the transaction
  • Campaign : Title of the transaction's campaign
  • Customer : Name of Customer for transaction
  • Order : Konnektive order# for transaction
  • Products : Quantity and name of Product Offer/Upsell
  • Cycle : Cycle of transaction
  • Recycle # : # of times Recycle has been attempted on transaction (the attempt decline salvage is currently on)
  • Type : Type of transaction
  • Amount : Total amount of transaction
  • Result : Result of transaction
  • Response : Response from gateway
  • Mid : Mid that transaction ran against
  • Txn Id : Transaction ID provided by gateway
