You will need to enable the “Auto Tax Calculation” checkbox found within your Campaigns:
To add a Sales Tax element onto your funnel pages - Inside the page builder, navigate to the “Blocks” page using icon on the Top right hand side Icon, Then select into the “Forms” section from the presented list.
