Q: I can't see some of an affiliates sales on the order summary / affiliate summary report

  • A: Need to add affiliate to the campaign

  • A2: Need to check “show to affiliates” on the upsell setup

Q: The numbers in the bottom part of the affiliate report page do not match up with the numbers in the graph on the top part of the page

  • A: The graph that says counts they are meaning sales when you look at the bottom part of the affiliate.

Q: How can I find a report showing just my reshipments?

  • A: Go to Customer>Fulfillment and use the "Reshipments Only?" checkbox to refine your search.

Q: How do I use the Conversion report to track the devices my sales are being made on?

  • A: In order to properly track the devices your customers use, you have to utilize the Import Click API and send in the userAgent field.

Q: Why do my total columns appear to be inaccurate?

  • A: This will happen if you are reporting on multiple currencies within the filters you’ve selected. The CRM reports do not do any conversion so you will need to filter your reports by campaign/currency.

Q: Transaction Summary and Transaction Details report do not match.

  • The transaction summary report does not take test cards into account. On the transaction details report be sure to Exclude test cards.

Q: Is there a way to filter sales by coupon code used?

  • The Order Details and Order Summary reports have coupon filters.

Q: Does the Refund Details report include chargebacks?

  • Yes, it displays the refunds even if they're marked as a chargeback.
