Go to Admin → Plugins → Email Service Providers, click Mailchimp, and select the green Activate button.

About API Keys | Mailchimp

Create a key.

Copy the name and API key generated by Mailchimp.

The name is the label.

 

Once everything is connected edit the plugin and set the Routes.
