Stamped

Stamped is a customer loyalty rewards add-on that enables you to award points based on actions (ex. making a purchase) and redeem them for rewards (ex. one-time use coupon discounts).

Stamped is seamlessly integrated into your CheckoutChamp site as described in this article. If you choose to build your site outside of CheckoutChamp and integrate using our Direct API, you can place the Stamped widget on your pages directly and create coupons using the coupon/create API.

Obtain The Required Stamped Credentials

Login to Stamped and navigate to Settings->API Keys.

Take not of your Stamped API Public Key, API Private Key, and Store Hash.

Enable Stamped On Your Checkout

Inside of your Checkout, navigate to Settings->Add Ons.

Select an existing Stamped plugin or create a new plugin.

Stamped plugins are campaign specific, so you will need to create a new Stamped plugin for each campaign where you want to enable Stamped.

Enter your Stamped API Public Key, API Private Key, and Store Hash and click Save & Continue.

Once the plugin is created and you are back on the Add Ons form, click Save & Continue.

Compatible Stamped Rewards

CheckoutChamp supports the following Stamped reward types:

  • Amount (flat price discount coupon - ex. $5 off of order)

  • Percentage discount (percentage discount coupon - ex. 10% off of order)

Points Accumulation

Orders are automatically sent to Stamped several times each day. Usually this is within a few hours of order processing, but it may take up to a day for an order to be seen in Stamped.

Points Display and Redemption

Once you have enabled Stamped on your Checkout and have saved and published your Checkout funnel, the Stamped widget will automatically display in the bottom right corner of Checkout and Member Area pages.

When customers visit your checkout page, they will see a widget in the bottom-right corner.

You can customize the Stamped widget inside of Stamped by navigating to the left menu of Loyalty and Rewards, and selecting Launcher.

The customer will be able to claim available rewards from the Redeem button.

If the customer redeems a coupon, the coupon code will be displayed on the widget, as well as emailed to them. They can input this code at the checkout page.
