Adding and Editing Call Centers

  • Select CRM and then Call Centers on the navigation side bar.

  • To add a Call Centerclick the green + Button.

  • Enter a Call Center name and click the Create Call Center confirm.

 

  • To edit a Call Center click the blue Edit Button.

  • On the Call Center edit screen, changes can be made:

Change Title, Add Agents, and Associate the Call Center with a Campaign.


A Team can be created by clicking on 'Create Team'. Enter the Team's name and then click "Create Team". The Team name can be edited after creation.

Within the call center you can assign DNIS or ANI. Enter a range of DNIS or ANI for call tracking. You can assign your media sources to your toll free number. Media Sources can be added by clicking 'Add Source'.

The title of the media source, the media type, campaign Id, media Market, Dnis, and the Ani can all be edited after media source creation has been submitted.

All of the Telephone Agents and Team Leaders will be activated by simply uploading a CSV file in a simple format, or by adding them one by one.
