Restart Subscription

To restart a purchase that is in Cancelled or Recycle Failed status, click on the customer’s subscription product to bring you to the Purchase Details page, then click the “Restart Billing” button.

Restarting the customer’s subscription will move the purchase status to Active, and the next bill date will be set to tomorrow’s date.

After clicking the “Restart Billing” button, a window will display asking to confirm your action.

After confimation, the window will display if the billing was successful, or if it declined.

You can re-enter the order, review, make any adjustment that is needed and then click on “Update Purchase“. For example, you may want to Force Bill the purchase after you Restart the subscription, as this will bill the customer right then - and if successful the system will set the next bill date according to the offer setup.
